My colleague said their specialty is meatballs, so we ordered the &quot;Sauce Meatballs.&quot; These meatballs are unlike the ones you&#39;d find in Chengdu. They&#39;re crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and with the signature sauce, they&#39;re so delicious you can&#39;t stop!


I didn&#39;t realize the &quot;Hot and Spicy Lamb Hoof&quot; has such a unique texture. The meat is tender, the tendons are rich, and the flavor is incredibly rich. It&#39;s packed with collagen&mdash;you just have to eat the whole thing!
