PENG CHU

This Hunan restaurant is very famous in the local area. We also made an appointment with a local friend to meet and chat. He took us there during meal time. The local chartered car driver introduced this restaurant; it turned out to be Hunan cuisine; we had a group of ten people and booked a room; we found out that there were group coupons or group meals after the dishes were served; we ordered pig's trotters; duck; fried yam with Chinese yam; jade pork bone soup; the products were good; the dishes were served quickly; but we were from Guangzhou and didn't tell them not to eat spicy food; I've already said it; it was still very spicy; the taste was good; the price-performance ratio was high; we ate 350 and got a coupon for 29. The private room didn't charge for food; only the chopsticks were charged; the room was not charged extra: we went again the next day. The tofu with a picture was not tasty; it looked like powder.

This time when we went to Fenghuang, the local B&B owner recommended this place, so we decided on this one. Actually, the buddy who went with us originally thought that Hunan cuisine was the best everywhere, but after looking for Pengchu for a while, it turned out that it changed its name. Fortunately, the dishes are very good, especially the taste of braised fish head. In addition, how can you come to Fenghuang without eating the special blood duck, which are all great. The location of the store is not in the ancient city, you need to walk out but it is not far away. In short, the price-performance ratio is very good and it is worth recommending!

Pengchu is now renamed as Friends Circle. It tastes great and has local characteristics. The waitresses in the store are very nice and honest. I had lunch here for two days in Fenghuang! But because there were not many people, I didn't order so many dishes. I recommend the blood duck, it is a must-eat!
