The intangible cultural heritage braised duck made by his family began in 198. There are three flavors of his signature handmade braised duck. The signature is sweet skin duck 29 yuan/portion. Honey syrup will be poured on the duck before it is served. If you don’t like sweet food, you can order five-spice duck or pressed duck. Cold duck intestines with duck liver: 39 yuan. It tastes like Leshan Bobo Chicken. The duck intestines are crispy and elastic. Because they are all fresh every day, there is no duck smell. It’s pretty good. Youzha Lianbai 28 yuan, which is stir-fried cabbage, but it is fried with lard so it is very fragrant. The freshly fried vegetables taste crispy and have a hint of sweetness.
