Highly recommended by a local friend in Dali!! I found this old pub that's been open since 1996... (Honestly, I was shocked...) The moment I walked in, I was captivated by the unique atmosphere 🏮 They have live music every night, starting at 7:30 PM sharp!! They perform folk songs, classics, and ballads with great flavor. The soft lighting, the lingering singing, and a little wine 🍸 made me completely relaxed. I tried their signature whiskey sour 🍹. It was refreshing and smooth, paired with chilled wasabi edamame and fried chicken feet. A drink and a snack, it was incredibly satisfying!! 🆘Recommended Travel Spots —Lijiang Edition 1️⃣Lijiang & Jade Dragon Snow Mountain🏔️ Stay overnight in the ancient town, put on some beautiful makeup, and then drive to [Moyun Coffee] near Baisha Ancient Town around 5 AM to take a photo with the snow-capped mountains📷 (and have some rice noodle rolls and some delicious coffee). Any photo is a hit, hahaha. 2️⃣Lijiang & Cross-Bridge Rice Noodles🍜 You know what? The first time I had Cross-Bridge Rice Noodles, I was blown away: a huge bowl of boiling broth was served, and the raw meat, quail eggs, and vegetables were instantly cooked! The rice noodles soaked up the delicious broth, and they were so smooth and springy, and the meat was so tender you could squeeze out some juice! The side dishes were so plentiful, it felt like a blind box! Bean sprouts, black fungus, and shredded chicken were packed to the brim. 3️⃣ Lijiang & Yunzhidian Ethnic Restaurant 🥗 I was amazed on my first day. I absolutely loved their rice crust rice. The mushrooms and bacon were fragrant and every bite was satisfying! The Naxi stir-fried pork was excellent, and the rose wine was light and sweet. 👍 4️⃣ Lijiang & Taohua Island 🍻 I got tipsy with my bestie that evening. Yunnan in March is so relaxing; even the air feels so gentle! This place is full of young people and energy, and the resident singers are great 😌 —Dali Edition 1️⃣Dali & B&Bs 🏠 B&B recommendations: [Die Hai Yue Seaview Resort Hotel] and [Dali Yu Jia Ren Seaview Resort Hotel]. Both offer immersive views of Erhai Lake, a truly stunning atmosphere, and a very satisfying overall stay 👍 (mainly due to the attentiveness of the host). I was particularly impressed by [Li Su Anyin La Villa] **], hehe 😜 Because I stayed in the same "cave-style" room as "Lu Si," the view was breathtaking, right next to Erhai Lake. It felt like I was in an 18th-century royal palace [Love], and honestly, I'm not exaggerating at all... The rooftop photos are amazing, and you can even feed the seagulls outdoors (I ran into a lot of friends taking wedding photos). 2️⃣ Dali & Jim Courtyard Shabu-Shabu BBQ 🍖 Outdoor "tent 🏕️" style BBQ + Mushroom Hot Pot 🍲, grilling and eating around the campfire. The ingredients are so fresh, the freshly cut marbling beef has beautiful textures. It sizzles and oozes right on the grill, then smothered in their secret sauce and wrapped in lettuce. The meaty aroma blends with the refreshing mint and chili peppers! 3️⃣ Dali & Yunyao Tavern 🏮 I love simple folk music. Thinking back on every night there, I can't help but enthusiastically recommend it to everyone around me—what a magical utopia! Warm yellow lights, wooden tables and chairs, walls covered with postcards left by tourists, a resident singer clutching a guitar and softly humming Zhao Lei's "Cheng Aiying," a slow, melody that exudes freedom and romance. 💕 ☁️... As a bar-goer, Yunyao Huotang Tavern gave me an unprecedented experience. The moment I walked in, the warm yellow lights and wooden tables and chairs made me feel right at home. It might be a little quiet during the day, but at night, it's a real blast. The interaction between the resident singers and the guests is truly engaging. Everyone sings together, and the joyful atmosphere makes all the stress melt away. It's the perfect place to relax and decompress. 🍸As for drinks, the "Sunrise Over Erhai Lake" is a favorite among women. Its refreshing fruity flavor and slightly sweet taste instantly brighten my mood. The "Mojito" is also fantastic, with the refreshing mint flavor without the heavy alcohol, a must-have for cooling off in the summer. I wandered through Dali's many pubs and was captivated by Yunyao Huotang. The atmosphere here is rustic and warm, the scent of aged wood lingering in the air, and the dim lights create a mysterious and relaxing atmosphere. 🎤The nightly concerts are the highlight, with six or seven performances by talented singers and renowned bands. When the singers begin, the entire pub falls silent, and everyone immerses themselves in the music. Whether you come alone or with friends, you'll find solace in the music.
