The store is not big, divided into upstairs and downstairs. After entering the store, you can choose the ingredients in the kitchen freezer. The prices are all on the price list. Choose the seafood you like. The boss lady helps to plate and then starts to choose noodles. There are instant noodles, noodles, rice noodles, cut noodles, rice cakes... If you want to eat more seafood, you can ask the boss lady to order less noodles.
I chose clams, sea oysters, eel paste, shrimps, cauliflower, and mushrooms. The boss lady served green vegetable soup noodles. A bowl of noodles is also 50 yuan. The seafood soup base, the small wide noodles are also tender and soft. Add a little vinegar, and the noodles and soup are all gone! The clams are very tender, without any sand, and they are handled very cleanly. The eel paste is particularly good. It turns out that one is three big pieces. It’s so satisfying!
