The meat pie was excellent, the mutton was well cooked and the portion was large. Two people could not finish one portion of meat. The various beef and mutton dishes all looked good. It was a pity that the time in Chengde was limited. Otherwise, it would be worth coming a few more times to taste them in turn.

The restaurant isn't very large, and space is limited, but the food is delicious and very authentically halal. For many years, Yimin has been known for its beef patties as its signature dish, specializing in halal stir-fries and stews. Today, I ordered the signature beef patties, and they were still the same old flavor—plenty of meat, authentic taste, and a thin, crispy crust. I also ordered the signature winter melon soup, which was very tasty, serving as both a dish and a soup. The clear broth pork rib and radish hot pot was also good. Overall, Yimin Halal Restaurant is worth a visit.

A bit pricey, but great value. The meat is incredibly tender and slurps up quickly. The taste is OK, but the attitude is so-so, as if they don't want to come or go. While we were eating, a big cockroach was crawling around in the room, and the child shouted, "What a big cockroach!" It's just an ordinary restaurant. They let us make tea, and they said they charge for the tea. How high-end is it? They still charge for it. Is it a bar or a big hotel? They really don't know. They also made a mistake in the bill and charged 11 yuan more. The child said there was a cockroach, but they said there are cockroaches everywhere. They didn't care.
