It was hot on the day I went there, and the sun was also very strong. Take good sunscreen and bring a sun umbrella! I saw many young ladies taking pictures in cheongsam costumes, which was super beautiful😍 🔹Journey We drove from Qinhuangdao (the first stop of the trip) to Chengde (the second stop of the trip). The recent half-price tickets for the Summer Resort are about 60 for adults (the peak season of summer vacation will return to normal at more than 130 yuan). Go to Chengde for landing nucleic acid, and you can do it for free at Chengde Expressway Station for self-driving tours. It was opposite the hotel, which was convenient and satisfying. ④Qinglong Willow Twig Tofu👍, it is what the locals think of when they mention tofu, it tastes good, soy milk is free, willow tofu, cucumber mixed with bean curd, and clear stewed pig blood are recommended, which is similar to fried blood slices but in a different form. The taste of the stewed creaky is not recommended. The taste is average, and there is some fish, which is a bit salty. 🔹Hotel The hotel we stayed in was opposite the Chopstick Cart Family and diagonally opposite the Summer Resort. It was convenient for food, accommodation and transportation, and Xinghao Meet You was not far away. The four of us were in a family suite, with two 1.2-meter single beds at the entrance, a double bed inside, and air conditioning inside and outside. The environment was clean and hygienic. As for toiletries, I usually bring my own, as well as bed sheets and quilt covers. 🔹Attractions Friends who don't like to walk all the time should select attractions. Address: No. 1 Taipingqiao, Shuangqiao District, Chengde City, Hebei Province A random online search revealed a top-rated Chengde farmhouse dish: a four-cold and four-hot set meal for 65.9 yuan. I went there right after visiting the Mountain Resort, about 600 meters from the main entrance of Lili. The restaurant is a decent-sized, two-story building in a corner building. Upon entering, the decor is reminiscent of Manchu and farmhouse style, with everyone seated on wide benches. I expected such a cheap 65.9 yuan set meal to be small, but when the dishes arrived, they were quite generous, likely due to their small portions. The four cold and four hot dishes filled the entire table. The braised chicken and duck jelly were all joints, and the taste was average. The garlic-mashed boneless meat was very flavorful and highly recommended. The three-fresh white fungus was quite refreshing. The 99 spicy duck dish was generally acceptable. The gluttonous beef dish was average, but the portion was quite generous. The casserole hairtail was tender and delicious. The casserole with crispy pork bones and green beans used beef and was generally okay.
