When I came to the Ice City Northeast Flavor Dumpling Restaurant, the air conditioning was whizzing. The air conditioner and ceiling fan were turned on, which made me feel very comfortable. Many restaurants on the streets of Hainan are open-air, with only fans, no air conditioning. When ordering, I was a little worried that the taste was improved according to Hainan habits.
