伊來Apart from other things, the price of He Ma Tu Mi is worth four points.
[Mint] Environment:
I didn't go inside. I went there before but it's been too many years. Memories are unreliable.
He Ma Tu Mi
It's actually quite vivid, but it also has the unique playfulness of Beijingers' nicknames. The filling is quite filling and the price-performance ratio is really high.
[Service bell] Service:
The attitude is quite satisfactory.

Bai Kui Lao Hao Restaurant was formerly known as Dongchangshun Muslim Restaurant. It was opened by founder Bai Kui in the 45th year of Emperor Qianlong's reign (1780) on the east side of Longfu Temple. In 1957, it was renamed "Qingzhen Bai Kui Lao Hao Restaurant" after a public-private partnership. Common people's food, hemp tofu, is a specialty of Beijing. Hemp tofu is stir-fried with sheep fat, added with green beans and leeks, and finally drizzled with chili oil. When served on the table, you can feel the sour and mellow aroma in this gray, white, red and green color. It tastes delicate and delicious. I love it! But this is the "leftovers" after filtering out the water from making soy milk - hemp tofu.
Baikui Laohao is a traditional halal restaurant in Beijing, which has both special snacks and traditional stir-fried dishes. This restaurant in Jiaodaokou is located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Ping'an Street and Kuanjie Road, and its facade is very obvious. During the epidemic in the past two years, there was always a restriction that dine-in was not allowed, which was quite troublesome.
This century-old brand, which started in the Qianlong period, was recommended by a Beijing taxi driver. So I got up early and came here because of its reputation. The first floor is for dim sum. Before 8 a.m., there are freshly made fried cakes, pancakes, and various pastries and dim sum, full of fireworks. Oil cakes, door nail meat cakes, toad spit honey, flower steamed buns... There are many more that I can't name. This store satisfies my various fantasies about old Beijing breakfast dim sum! The second floor is for stir-frying. The roasted lamb is a must-see in the store. The lamb is very "saucy" and it is extremely happy to eat it in big mouthfuls.
Baikui Laohao Jiaodaokou Store is located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Zhangzizhong Road and Jiaodaokou South Street, across the intersection from Beijing Chinese Medicine. The color of the store entrance is very bright, and the business hours are clearly written. Takeaways are available on the east side of the street. The main dishes are on the right hand side of the door, and snacks are on the left hand side. Baishui mutton head is 58 per catty, starting from 2 taels. The meat is fragrant, but a little cold. I wonder if it would be better if it is slightly hotter. The bean flour meatballs feel like fried tofu meatballs, not as chewy as those eaten in other places. The soup tastes moderately salty Sugar-coated fire cakes are the original taste, I like it Yuanbao soup, the name is very nice, the soup is light
The beef steamed dumplings and mending meat patties here are my favorites; I never eat noodle tea and toad spit honey; many people come here every day, and chat after eating. They don’t know each other, but they talk about all kinds of life. It’s not a teahouse, but it has a bit of the atmosphere of a teahouse. In fact, everyone comes here to eat Beijing-style halal dim sum. Without condiments such as soy sauce and vinegar, the taste will be different.
It is indeed a century-old restaurant, it is really good. Located at the intersection, bus and subway are available, business hours are divided into three meals, snacks and dishes are distributed on two floors, there are wash basins and free hot water, convenient. Breakfast is rich, red bean eight-treasure porridge, thick, jujube, wolfberry, lotus seeds, peanuts and lentils are clearly visible, there are a lot of them, and the taste is very good, 4 yuan. Sugar fire, must order, brown sugar is evenly distributed, fragrant but not greasy, 3 yuan. Men Ding meat pie, a real and affordable piece of meat, tender and juicy, 6 yuan. Qingtuan is also good, hawthorn filling, not sour, 6 yuan, not a halal specialty. I haven't had time to eat the rest, but I see that everyone around me orders something different, which means that each has its own characteristics and is worth a try. If you have the opportunity, I suggest you come and eat, you will definitely be satisfied. After all, it is a century-old restaurant.
