Overall, it is good.

First, the cakes were too hard and not crispy; the shrimp whiskers weren't properly removed and were a bit prickly; the cuttlefish balls weren't very chewy either, and the taste was extremely ordinary. My grandmother's shrimp cakes have eggs, scallions, and minced ginger added to the flour, and the shrimp's heads and whiskers are removed. The shrimp cakes made in Beihai are too hastily prepared. Luckily, there was no queue that day, otherwise, it really wouldn't have been worth it.
