From Delingha, Qinghai, we took National Highway 109 through Dachaidan, turned to National Highway 215 and headed north, passing through the treasure bowl of the motherland, the Qaidam Basin, and crossed the Dangjin Mountain to the small town of Aksai Kazakh Autonomous County in Subei. After all the running, everyone felt hungry, so they came to the Muslim Yixiang Beef Noodle Restaurant on Aksai Market North Road. There were quite a lot of people eating in the restaurant, and the hall was full. The proprietress was very enthusiastic and familiar with the master of our chartered car (the chartered master often visited). The proprietress gave us a private room. We ordered beef noodles, braised beef, mixed cucumbers, and tiger dishes. The dishes were served quickly, and we didn&#39;t have to wait too long for those hungry people. The beef noodles in the restaurant are very chewy and the soup is also delicious, which is worth recommending.

The skewers are a bit dry, so the locals basically use fresh mutton without any processing. The lamb chops are also the signature barbecue of this restaurant, and the price is not expensive.

I ate at the restaurant today. The owner and the staff had a very good service attitude. The restaurant was very clean and the food was delicious.
