Overall, every piece was fresh and delicious. Our only issue was that the head sushi chef had to serve us all at the counter and also had to order the tasting menu for all the customers in the dining room. This meant a long pause after eating some sushi.

This is a pretty good sushi restaurant in Vancouver. The sushi is super fresh, the egg skin tastes great, the tuna sushi tastes great too, but the chef's sashimi is just too good.

According to the staff, the chefs here are very hard-working and get up at 5 o'clock every day to cook. The boss is also very strict about hygiene and never serves customers the previous day's food. Therefore, we can rest assured to taste the food. Of course, the staff in the store also have a good service attitude, they are enthusiastic and considerate. I like this store very much. As soon as I enter the door, I feel very comfortable.

Friends who love sushi, I strongly recommend this restaurant. I often buy sushi for my daughter when I pass by here on my way home from get off work. My daughter especially likes the taste of sushi in this restaurant, and I am also very satisfied with its taste. I went to this restaurant with my friends when I was traveling in Vancouver. The service attitude of the waiters in this restaurant was very good, both warm and thoughtful, and I liked it very much. When I went to Izu Peninsula, I went to this restaurant for my 40th birthday on the recommendation of a friend. I was very satisfied here. We ordered many dishes, and the most impressive ones were the sardine bean shreds and sea urchin, which melted in the mouth like butter. At the end of the meal, there was also a homemade matcha jelly dessert, which is a major feature of this restaurant and I personally like it very much.
