There are 14 courses, but the whole process is very smooth. Chef used a lot of Japanese food ingredients, which was not messy, but greatly enhanced the modern style. It was the first time I encountered foie gras in French cuisine. It was as tender as water, and it was embarrassing to not be able to fork it after cutting it. Steak with white chocolate sauce, surprise? Finally, there are four dessert courses. Each one is very creative, and none of them are just for the sake of numbers. 💯

ALO offers a great menu that caters to different tastes. The service was perfect and the attention to detail was perfect. After the meal, the restaurant manager provided us with a seat at the bar and a cocktail to end the dinner perfectly. It was a perfect dining experience and my friends and I were very happy.
I booked this restaurant two weeks in advance. The food here can be described as exquisite. Each person has a separate portion, one bite at a time, similar to Japanese kaiseki cuisine. The service is also excellent.
Reservations are open two months after opening at midnight every day. Be quick. The bar on one side does not require reservations, but there is no tasting menu. There is a semi-open kitchen where you can see the chefs busy. The overall experience is not amazing, just ordinary and delicious. There is a Hokkaido scallop and sea urchin appetizer that does not taste particularly fresh. My favorite is the homemade pain au lait milk buns. The texture is stringy and has a light milky aroma. It is really delicious with soup.
The location is good and the food is delicious. It is worth coming to try!
