Topaz is one of the best western restaurants in Phnom Penh, supervised by a Michelin two-star chef. Not only is the environment elegant, but the service is also very thoughtful. There are many varieties of western food to choose from. I was very satisfied from the appetizer to the main course. Appetizers, pre-meal bread, freshly squeezed orange juice, ham and cheese vegetarian salad with ice cream, cream of mushroom soup, salmon with double caviar, New York steak and mashed potatoes. The best ones are mushroom soup and salad.

The main course was just average, the chicken was quite old, and the steak had no special features. I think the taste is average, but the environment is better. They have a big garden, and chatting in the garden with red wine is quite romantic.
