Drink at Blu Bar on 36 and enjoy this hot night. The most important thing is to enjoy the beautiful scenery of Sydney while tasting the wine. Although there is no daylight like Hong Kong, it is still a different flavor.

My friend took me to walk 10 minutes from the Opera House to Blu Bar on the 36th floor of Shangri-La Hotel Sydney in the Rocks. There are the most beautiful bartenders in Sydney, who use the most skilled techniques to mix all kinds of cocktails to satisfy your discerning taste buds. At Blu Bar, there is a new word called "Liquid Physics", which means that guests can see the whole process of mixing cocktails with passion and movement, like returning to the 1920s in the United States when mixing cocktails and bars were popular and free-spirited. The famous wine in the picture above is called "Clockwork Old Fashioned". It uses thyme to mix aged Grand Marnier, black cherry liqueur, Bacardi Oro with orange and lemon peel, and finally adds tonka vanilla and cinnamon. However, to be honest, it tastes a bit like Chinese medicine. I guess I don't like the mixture of too strong alcohol and vanilla and cinnamon. The container for holding the wine is not a wine set but a teapot. It doesn't look like a cocktail at all, but it looks like the fruit tea we are familiar with. So, we should see the essence through the phenomenon. In fact, this is Blu Bar's latest cocktail, Nectar of the Orient. It is so new that it has not yet been put on the menu. The bartender, the cocktail making process and the final presentation are all quite cool, and the Chinese element "green tea" is added to it. Finally, the guests pour the wine in the pot into the glass. This wine tastes like mango and the freshness of green tea.

The Blu Bar was a fantastic experience and great value for money, I booked the 'Trust the Chef' menu and requested a window table and Blu Bar did not disappoint on either count! Amazing view and the food was superb. Can't wait to go back!
