The shrimps were really big and chewy. It was the first time I had Thousand Island sauce. Some were not very fresh. I still don&rsquo;t know what the sea bug tasted like. The shrimps looked a bit ugly. The oysters were fresher than the ones I had in Melbourne before, but they were still a bit fishy when eaten raw. I was not used to it. This is definitely the best Thai restaurant in Cairns. The chef is a local Thai and the dishes he makes are very authentic. The dishes I ordered were very much to my taste and I ate them with gusto.
