After meeting with a client in Buenos Aires, I rushed to Jujuy, a cozy and comfortable town. I ate beef tongue at a local restaurant with a good reputation... It was soft... But it still tasted good.

El Desnivel, located at 855 Defansa Street, is a well-known barbecue restaurant. Both Lonely Planet and the hotel owner highly recommend it. How can I not try it! There are already many customers at 8:30. You will definitely have to wait for a table at 10 o'clock. Waiting for my barbecued ribs.

Old-fashioned steakhouse, the waiters are very friendly and like to joke, the steaks are delicious, and we like it very much. But it is a bit scary to walk to the San Telmo area at night, so don't bring important items with you.
