Advantages: Very clean and sanitary, and the towels feel very clean. I stayed in a twin room for one person, and I felt that the space was okay. There was an air purifier in the room, the bed was very comfortable, the toilet was flushed, the water temperature could be adjusted finely, and the breakfast was also very good. Rich, there is not much fruit to eat in Japan, so vitamin C supplementation depends on two glasses of juice for breakfast. Suggested improvements: The table is a bit low, and you have to bend down to use the computer, which is a bit inconvenient for people who have to check emails every night on a business trip. The toilet seat is not silent. It fell directly twice, and the sound was a bit loud, which scared myself. Also worried about disturbing others. Overall, it's a very nice hotel and it's very close to Saijo Station. It's worth staying.

When I checked in, they were smiling and polite, and answered my questions right away. I was also happy to receive warm greetings at the restaurant and breakfast venue! Thank you so much. If I come to Fukuyama again, I will definitely stay here!

I never write these but here I am. The people and place was great. Morning breakfast was so amazing! Room clean and had everything I needed. I was here for sake festival so location was away from crowd so could rest, but close enough that I didn't hesitate to go to room. For some it might be to far away, but if you want out of crowd it was just a few blocks away from end of festival so was great for me.

This hotel was a nice surprise, I arrived into Hiroshima main station and the hotel is attached to the station so walked out of the station turned left and only had 100 steps to walk (covered walkway with escalator) and it took less than 3 minutes, the check in staff were great and speak english, the room was large and well equipped and 100% clean and modern, its in a good location , take a number 5 tram to Hiroshima Bay and the ferry docks are end of that line, you can visit one of the many islands and its calm takes around 25 minutes and low cost , nice day out, 5 minutes taxi ride from hotel is the city restaurant area , everything about the hotel was first class. I will use it again i hope you use it to and enjoy the experience, Thanks to all the staff and managers etc for making it feel like home from home ,

It was among the best hotel i stayed through out japan. Great location, excelent food and the staff that deserves my conpliments (from the cleaning lady to the recepcionist, everyone extremely polite). The best thing was the breakfast. Not because of the food (although it was great), but mainly die to the breathtaking paisage of the City you could apreciate while eating. Another great thing was the location, despite being a few minutes away from the street cars station, being able to walk to the main touristic points was extremely convenient.

It was one of the best hotels I ever slept in Japan. Usually, we try 3 to 5 star hotels in every local capital city. This one is of course famous Prince hotel but it is quite away from the city center yet situated in the most beautiful area of Hiroshima. From the hotel rooms we could see the skyline of the town and the sea. Breakfast is served on the top floor you can choose traditional Japanese (Nadaman/super famous Japanese restaurant) or western style buffet breakfast. With a little supplemental fee, I could go to Onsen (hotspring) and it was soo relaxing and the view was stunning. You even can sail to Miyajima island from this hotel port.

Super good hotel! Everything was perfect, in particular the front desk staff were really friendly and helpful, helping me to book a massage and also recommending and reserving a good sashimi restaurant at short notice. Great view of Fukuyama Castle from the window. Even a massage chair in the room, the first time I’ve ever seen this in a hotel room! Great location in a lively area.

Location is great. Close to tram, train and bus stations. Walking distance to Hiroshima castle. Staffs are all friendly and check in checkout is quick. Breakfast has many varieties. Stay here for 3 nights. The automated laundry machine helps a lot. Overall very satisfied with the hotel, will consider it if come again. Thanks a lot to all hotel staffs.

A gorgeous hotel with a gorgeous view of the city😍 The location is perfect. We arrived late in the evening on the Shinkansen, we didn't have to take a taxi: the hotel is located right at the train station. There is a bus terminal below the station, from where you can get to the main attractions in 20 minutes. The room is clean, cozy, light and spacious. I really liked it. On the floor there is a self-service station, where you can take an iron, a board, pour water from the cooler or take ice for a drink. Perfect soundproofing. I will definitely come back!
