I needed a room close to the Hospital and I chose this Executive Inn. It's just over three miles away from the hospital and very easy to get to, which was a great bonus since I'm not familiar with the town of Tyler. I was very pleased with the room and the amenities. It was clean, had everything I needed and the staff was very nice!! Glad I chose this Inn, I would stay here again!

A good, comfortable night and great savings await you at Motel 6 Tyler located on the south side of Tyler. We are situated just a few minutes from Tyler Rose Gardens, Caldwell Zoo, Broadway Square Mall, Tyler Pounds Airport, East Texas Medical Center and many restaurants.

Good stay at this place. I always enjoy the hospitality. The $150 refundable is a bit too much to cover any room damage, that needs to change ASAP! Other than that nice hotel.

This is about what you would expect for the money. Nice staff, nice enough grounds, felt safe. Close to many establishments. Dog friendly. Bathrooms were okay shower had moldy caulking, but it was clean. I do not think in this day and time that you should have to request room service for towels or making the bed, we are way past that. Although this is typical of many establishments. It is a highly profitable policy.... (I'll get off my soap box). Most likely we will be staying there allot while my daughter is in school. I will just remember to ask them for clean towels and get my bed made.

The location was perfect, easy to find, and parking was easily available for handicapped guests. The room had a lot of outlets for charging devices and lighting was plentiful. The shower was fine for me, but my husband complained about the water pressure. The breakfast was okay, but had too many carbs. The robust coffee was good but it ran out fast. The cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. Carpet, both in the hallways, and in the room, were filthy in places. Fresh towels had to be obtained at the front desk. The same with the shampoo. Soap came in the form of tiny pieces. We had to request room service and when she stopped by, she only gave us towels. No soap. No shampoo. She never. Cleaned the room. We had overflowing wastebaskets. My question is, when did the Hilton hotel chain become a budget hotel? I used to love staying at the Hi,Tom Garden Inns, but not so much the Hilton Homewood suites. The free water was great because we were going to a baseball championship and needed cold water in the 100 degree heat.

From the awesome Customer Service, starting with Armando, John, Shakeem, and the icing on the cake was Ms. Rebecca. These four people are the epitome of what Customer Service should be, my husband had a surgical procedure, and instead of driving back to Dallas, approximately 140 miles one way we decided to check into getting a room at Comfort Inn on Reick Rd in Tyler, TX. The Staff eased my worries, and made me comfortable. The room was very clean and it made us feel like we were at home. The room was set up very comfortable, and effectively, it met our every need.

After leaving a very dingy hotel abruptly we came to HGI very late in the evening. Tina, the receptionist, was awesome! She got us into a clean room with fresh sheets and even got us a deal on the room. Great customer service.
