Palo Alto Motels

This is an old-fashioned motor inn in the heart of Palo Alto. It has pet friendly rooms for $30 extra, which is cheaper than other places we looked at. The room was small but sufficient, and was very clean. The bed was comfortable but the pillows pretty flat.. The staff were friendly. The location was in walking distance to restaurants. There was no breakfast to speak of, just prepackaged pastries. If you have a dog, you have to walk a couple of blocks to get to some grass. All in all this was a great place to stay on our trip.

From the nearest car hotel to the location, the waiter at the front desk had a good attitude. I used the app to talk to him very smoothly. Check-in includes daily self-service reception at the reception, with slices of bread, milk, fruit, coffee, orange juice, cereal, etc. It is too convenient for me. Is the price expensive, who makes him in the center of the universe?

It takes about seven or eight minutes to drive to Stanford. The room is very spacious and the space for activities is large. The boss is very enthusiastic. Before we checked in, we turned on the electric heater and the TV was switched to the Chinese station. You may know that we are from China by looking at the name of the order. Fair, if you need hot water, talk to the front desk when you check in. A kettle is provided and parking is free

We had to come to town for appointment at Stanford. We had no idea where we were going, but this quaint, friendly, little motel was perfect! Lovely garden area to sit in and relax under the tree, breakfast brought to your room at your appointed time, pool. We will definitely be staying here every time we come to Stanford. Don’t want to give away our little gem. Very special place

Breakfast is very simple. There is only one coffee table and sofa in the room. There is a parking room. The room smells. It may be a smell. There is hair on the bathroom towel. It may be because it is cheap. The occupancy experience is not good, but it is really cheap compared to other local residences.

Located near Stanford's motel, the environment is average. Still hurry. The price is expensive! The price in San Francisco is notoriously high, just to get closer to the attraction!

First off, I'd like to give a shout-out to the night shift front desk person Tony. He was very courteous and thoughtful in helping me on my arrival day (12 midnight) and assisted with all my needs. Thank you Tony for your efforts! For the hotel in general, it seems the place is understaffed but I believe that is how other hotels operate nowadays post COVID. The location is great and is right in the middle of where I want to be north and south of Bay Area. Many rental car locations nearby so I was able to get to one within 10 mins radius. For the room, I stayed in the king bedroom pool side with patio. The bed was very comfortable and clean. However, the downside was that the connecting room doors were paper thin, and the gap between the door and the floor was more than an inch high, so I could pretty much hear every word the person was saying in the other room. They need to fix that or else guests really don't have any privacy at all. I apologize to the couple in the room next to me because I was on a call at 3am in the morning and didn't realize I had woken them up until they started talking and I knew how bad the sound isolation was. After that, whether it was day or night time, I had to resort to whispering all my conversations because I knew people could hear me in the other rooms.

The hotel is on the side of the road, but the hotel’s environment is quite quiet, with many trees and flowers, parking spaces are ample and free, the room booked does not include free breakfast, and the bed and quilt are more comfortable. You can also coin laundry and dry clothes, which is convenient.
