So happy to see a Very Clean Room! no issues with smells. especially being a pet friendly hotel. only issue was the people above us were ?walking? heavily...maybe be cognizant when you are staying above someone...it was Extremely loud! we almost called the front desk...other than that nice hotel! close to everything. check in / out easy! they send you a text. Front desk only there certain hours...

The hotel was lovely. Our room was a good size, very clean, with great view of the pretty downtown streets. Our only dissatisfaction would be the pillows which were lumpy, which alongside noisy plumbing from showers and footfall from the room above, we didn't sleep well during our stay. However staff were helpful and the hotel was overall a lovely place to stay. We didn't eat in the restaurant/bar, choosing to eat in local places but the food smelled good! We had a massage in the spa which was really great and relaxing after a few weeks travelling and hiking. We'd recommend the hotel, with a caveat of requesting a top floor room.
