A gem of a hotel. I found this hotel by accident on a google search. The website was easy to use and bonus it's pet friendly! The welcome was very good and the room was spacious and immaculately clean. Tea/coffee in the room and a bottle of water. TV is positioned so that you can comfortably watch it in bed without straining your neck. There is an iron and board in the room too, A large glass of rose wine was only £7.00. Best of all... the Indian food was outstanding as was the service from all the staff. As a customer service trainer for many years I cannot recommend this inn highly enough. I will be back!

Great location, in the heart of high street of Woodstock and 10 minutes walk to the gate of Blenheim Palace. The room was spacious and super clean. You got all you need and you can request fresh milk from Reception for coffee or tea. Breakfast was fantastic.

Friendly welcome from the owner when we arrived, who showed us up to our room before the official check in time as the room was ready. The room was lovely, warm, clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. We had lunch in the cafe downstairs, which set us up well for a stroll around Woodstock in the afternoon. Breakfast the next morning had a good choice, and then it was just a 2 minute drive over to Blenheim Palace for the day.

We booked this at very short notice and had the last room I believe, which overlooked the internal court yard. It was a bit smaller than the pictures online, but was clean, had a large bathroom, tea/coffee making facilities and everything you needed. The staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. A good spread for breakfast from buffet to full cooked English breakfasts. The hotel was steeped in history and added to the atmosphere.
