Most of those who remain in the village are grandparents, and the village still retains ancient wells from the Ming and Qing dynasties. There are farm dishes in the village, as well as homestays. If you have time, you can stay for a night. It doesn't take long to walk through the whole village, but it's worth savoring carefully. The hot summer is coming soon, and it's also nice to come here to escape the heat. There are also opportunities to pick fruit nearby.

It's about an hour's drive from Yichang city center, with good road conditions and beautiful scenery along the way. The village is not very big, but every corner is filled with stories and charm. It takes just over an hour to stroll around, but if you like taking photos like me, staying overnight is definitely a good choice. The price of homestays, although over 500, is not cheap, but the view is really good and worth staying for a night. At sunset, the entire ancient town is bathed in a golden hue, stunningly beautiful.
