It’s a charming place with traditional red-roofed houses and lots of tools and items showing how people used to live on the island. The staff was super friendly and explained the exhibits really well, which made it even more interesting! If you're curious about Yoron's local life and culture, this place is a must-visit.

The travel time from Kagoshima Airport to Yoron Island is about 1 hour and 15 minutes, about 45 minutes from Amami Airport, and about 40 minutes from Naha Airport.
