The rice noodles here are not particularly chewy, which seems to be the style in Yingtan. There was already a long queue when I went, definitely worth the wait. 🌸La Shedede Noodle Shop Ordered takeout directly, a very large bowl, with plenty of beef, and only cost a dozen or so yuan, what more could you want. ✨ After coming out from Longhu Mountain in Yingtan, I went back to the downtown area of Yingtan and wandered around until I found this park by the Xin River, with a hip-and-gable style building. 🔻Entering from the main entrance of the park, there are two diverging paths to the left and right. The left is an uphill path towards the Mingsi Pavilion, while the right is a gentle slope leading to the Beiji Pavilion and the old wharf. 🍃 In spring, Yingtan Park is full of greenery. The park has a very relaxed atmosphere, and most of the people coming and going are residents living nearby, engaging in activities like playing chess, playing ball, walking, drinking tea, etc. Slow life, slow pace, is fully displayed here. 🏯 The iconic building in the park, Beiji Pavilion, adopts the style of ancient Ming Dynasty architecture from the southern school. It integrates traditional and modern elements based on the original appearance of Beiji Pavilion. This is a beautiful, peaceful river in the Dragon and tiger mountain area. It's pure nature, surrounded by greenery, and small mountain peaks. It is accessable by a bamboo raft and there's even a possibility of a personal tour. On the river ladies in small boats sell zongzi (a Chinese sticky rice wrap), they are cheap and good. While going down the river the guide shows how and where people were buried a long time ago. It is a very silent and peaceful ride. While going down the river the guide also talks about the history of this place and ancient rituals. The bamboo rafts are pretty comfortable. #dragonandtiger #Yingtan
