It's no exaggeration to say that I planned my trip to Kitakyushu just to go here. This is a restaurant I definitely wanted to go to. I made a reservation more than half a year ago and made plans for my trip. This is a super popular restaurant in Kitakyushu that has been ranked #1 in the Tabelog Izakaya category and is also one of the top 100 restaurants in Japan. I started by eating sashimi, which was very fresh, thick, and filling, and I was surprised at how delicious it was from the start. The salad was topped with a fluffy, runny egg, and was as filling as an omelette. It was difficult to eat with chopsticks. 『Hinoe Shrine』 Located in Yahatanishi Ward, Kitakyushu City, Fukuoka Prefecture I visited for the first time in about half a year since my New Year's visit. The floral water basin, which is replaced twice a month❁⃘*.ﾟ Although it may be smaller in scale compared to larger shrines, there aren't many shrines that replace their flowers twice a month. ✤ Second Floral Water Basin of June June is all about hydrangeas 💜🩵🩷💚 I couldn't help but marvel, thinking, "There weren't this many varieties of hydrangeas in the past..." The colorful hydrangeas were truly soothing. The shrine has a note mentioning that some people visit just to photograph the floral water basin without offering prayers.
