I wish i could spend Halloween in Venice š
#spookyhalloween
Iāve always dreamed of spending Halloween in Venice, and imagining it is magical enough! šāØ The cityās mysterious charm, with its narrow alleys, shadowy canals, and fog that rolls in at night, seems made for a spooky yet elegant Halloween. I can picture the eerie glow of lanterns reflecting off the water as you wander through the old, labyrinthine streets or enjoy a ghost tour to learn about Veniceās haunted history š».
For a real touch of Venetian flair, Halloween masquerade parties would be a highlight, blending the famous Carnival vibe with an eerie twist. Imagine dressing in an elaborate costume and mask, sipping prosecco in a centuries-old palazzo š°. Not to mention, St. Markās Basilica and the Dogeās Palace would be even more atmospheric with Halloween decorations!
Venice itself is a work of art, so even just wandering without a plan would feel special. Entrance fees for attractions like the Dogeās Palace can range from ā¬25, and other nearby spots like the Rialto Bridge and Peggy Guggenheim Collection are always worth a visit. I really hope I get to spend a Halloween in Venice one day!

Grazie Mille Venezia!
There is nowhere quite like magical Venice!
If you've ever wondered where all those renaissance painters got their inspiration from, fly into Venice early in the morning and get the boat over to the island. Arriving with the morning glow over Venice explains everything. It's a wonder to see and transports you back in time!
Getting around is super easy! You can wander the streets, getting lost down tiny alleys which suddenly open up into big squares is such a wonderful adventure! But if you want to travel over to Murano etc is super easy, just download the travel app, pay before you board and away you go!
Venice is magical place which is super easy to get to and get around! It should be on everyone's bucket list as there no place quite like it!

Tour of Italy šš®š¹
#2023travelwish
In the space of 10 days we saw about 18 cities and places. Italian cuisine is the best but this post will show you how beautiful the cities are. All photos are completely without editing (photos did not pass even the "basic" adjustment such as brightness adjustment etc., because it was not necessary). The pictures on this post are just shards of our vacation in Italy. I am extremely grateful for all the experiences traveling around Italy.
Venice š®š¹ In all honesty... Venice in Italy is enough to see once in a lifetime. During the first visit you will experience two states: 1) you have an intense "wow effect" and 2) then you get "used to it". I thought the second time I would see Venice in all its glory differently walking the streets of Venice with my beloved & but the opposite was true. Venice has its charm only once. Or I just can't appreciate the charm of the city anymore, because for the first time, it was strongly recorded in my memories š
The city of Genoa š®š¹ (Janov) was my favourite... i would go back there in a heartbeat! I definitely recommend visiting Janov! It was so beautiful š¤©

Venice Vibes
What an amazing day in Venice! I had a fabulous time even though the rain was pouring and streets were flooded. The area was just as I had imagined - silent car-free streets, gondolas, unique little shops and plenty to see. Can't wait to go back to explore further and hopefully experience the city on a sunny day. #venice #gondola #traveller
Breath taking moments of soaking in the gondola land!
#summerdestinations Watching the gondolas glide through Veniceās canals in the summer is a mesmerizing experience. The warm sun casts a golden glow on the water as gondoliers expertly navigate the narrow waterways, their traditional striped shirts adding to the charm. The reflections of centuries-old buildings dance on the surface, creating a picture-perfect scene at every turn. Whether youāre standing on a bridge or enjoying a gelato by the canal, the sight of gondolas drifting gracefully through the cityās iconic canals is both peaceful and captivating. In the summer, Venice comes alive with vibrant colors, and the gondolas become a symbol of timeless romance and tradition. It's an unforgettable experience that perfectly captures the essence of this magical city.
Art and Landscape in Venice
Great culture and lots of art to enjoy and be inspired by.
Venice
Venice is a city like no other. The winding canals, historic architecture, and charming gondolas create an enchanting atmosphere. Walking through the narrow streets and crossing the beautiful bridges felt like stepping back in time. St. Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge were highlights, showcasing the city's rich history and culture.
The food was delightful, with plenty of options to enjoy fresh seafood and traditional Italian dishes. However, it can get quite crowded, especially during peak tourist season, which sometimes made it challenging to navigate.
Despite the crowds, Venice's unique beauty and atmosphere make it a must-visit destination. Highly recommend for anyone looking to experience a magical and historic city!
