Despite the challenges of walking in the snow, the breathtaking scenery makes it all worthwhile.

Kotohiraso in Tsuruoka, Yamagata Prefecture, is a super popular restaurant that attracts ramen lovers from all over the country. Located on the coast, access by car is essential. On the day of our visit, we received a numbered ticket and then headed to the waiting room. We waited for a whopping two hours while relaxing in the Japanese-style room called the waiting room!
