Review of Yong Waterfall National Park, experience the greatness of nature in the rainforest of the South
Yong Waterfall National Park is located in Thung Song District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. It is a nature conservation area with high biodiversity, covering a lush rainforest and is an important source of water for the southern river basin. With a complex mountain landscape, this park stands out with its beautiful scenery and many natural waterfalls.
Highlights of the park
One of the important highlights is Yong Waterfall, a large waterfall that flows from a steep cliff about 30 meters high into a pool below, creating a white stream flowing like a rope, as its name suggests, inviting both Thai and foreign tourists to experience the beauty and coolness of the stream that flows all year round.
Another popular destination is Khao Hem, the highest point of the park at an altitude of more than 1,300 meters above sea level, where you can see the lush green forest as far as the eye can see. It is ideal for those who love hiking and adventure.
Facilities
There are bungalows and tent sites in the park, along with restaurants, restrooms, and staff to take care of tourists thoroughly, providing complete convenience to visitors.
