We visited TO for a show and wanted a nearby hotel， so we chose Hotel X. We couldn't be happier with our choice! The attention to detail and excellent customer service was unexpected. The valet and concierge staff were outstanding! Ben provided exceptional care， from arranging the House car multiple times to personally delivering slippers to our room for our son. It was delightful hearing "Good morning Mr. Roberts" in the lobby. The Playbook Commons is a fantastic restaurant， and Jolene， our server， was amazing to talk with and took great care of us! The hotel is impeccably clean and well-maintained. The health club far exceeds a typical hotel gym. The decor， featuring photos from the Kandy Gallery， was displayed everywhere， including a book in the room about the artist. The beds are incredibly comfortable， ensuring a great night's sleep! The motorized window shades with a blackout option were a nice touch， and we enjoyed our spectacular view of Lake Ontario from the 26th floor! The hotel's rooftop pool is outdoors， and even though it was raining， at 85 degrees， we had no issue swimming. With a partial indoor space， we stayed dry. We've found our go-to hotel in the GTA!

This time I stayed at the Park Hyatt Toronto, located at 4 Avenue Rd, Toronto, Ontario. 🏨 The hotel's location is excellent, right across from the University of Toronto. If you're planning to visit the Royal Ontario Museum, it's just a short walk away! A taxi ride from the airport takes about 30 minutes. 🕒 The location is very convenient. Starting with the surroundings, it only takes a 10-minute drive from the Park Hyatt to downtown Toronto, and about a 20-minute walk to the subway station—truly central. The hotel's exterior is grand, while the interior features soft neutral tones with wooden furniture, creating a very cozy atmosphere. The check-in process at the front desk was quick and efficient, and the staff's warmth made me feel right at home. As for the room layout, most rooms have oversized windows that let natural light flood in. In terms of services, the hotel offers a top-notch spa experience and a rooftop lounge with stunning city views. 🍸 I felt incredibly relaxed during my time in the room. The space was satisfying and never felt cramped. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, giving me an unbelievably good night's sleep. 🛏️ The room came with a minibar stocked with a variety of snacks. The bathroom was particularly spacious, and the 42-inch LCD TV allowed me to enjoy my favorite shows from the comfort of the bed every night. Room was perfect, breakfast was outstanding value for money. Yes it was out of season but being able to see into the stadium whilst having breakfast was brilliant!
