During check-in, the front desk failed to inform us of this policy, leading to an awkward situation where we returned exhausted on the second night to find our room uncleaned. Since the cleaning staff had already left for the day, we could only request fresh towels and additional toilet paper. ➡️ Complimentary drinking water is only provided on the first day (a common practice in North American hotels). However, after learning about our dissatisfaction with the delayed housekeeping, the front desk discreetly gave us two extra bottles of water, which was a thoughtful gesture.
