I. Basic Hotel Information This hotel costs CNY 500/night during holidays, including breakfast for two, which is quite cost-effective. The basic room type is very spacious, equipped with a bathtub and floor-to-ceiling windows. There is a large tree outside the window, creating a unique atmosphere that I personally love. II. Service Experience I must say, the performance of the front desk staff varied. My friend stayed in a Peppa Pig-themed room last year. When I made my booking, I didn't see any themed rooms, so I asked the front desk if I could upgrade on the spot for an additional fee, specifically requesting the Peppa Pig-themed room. However, the front desk staff said that they had never had this type of room. I then asked about the price of the Octonauts-themed room, and she replied that it would cost about CNY 200 extra, but the room was not ready yet and asked me to wait. After waiting for an hour, a different front desk staff member processed my check-in. I asked again if I could upgrade to the Octonauts-themed room for an additional fee, but was told that the hotel was in the process of communicating and coordinating due to copyright issues, and that this room type was temporarily suspended.
