Komine Castle, one of Japan's 100 Great Castles, is located in Shirakawa City. Shirakawa-go Historical Village Shirakawa-go is a village in the valley located in Gifu Prefecture. There were already six groups waiting. After 10:50am, customers started arriving by car one after another. I was able to enter the shop as soon as it opened and ordered the "hand-made Chinese food". A huge serving of free chicken carcasses came out first! I was happy to be able to pick at the chicken carcasses while waiting for the ramen!! And it was delicious!! And then the ramen arrived! The clear soup and the hand-made curly noodles mixed in were incredibly delicious!!
