SECRET GARDEN ON A ROOFTOP

The Secret Garden, aptly named for its hidden charm, is a small, tranquil garden located on the rooftop of a shopping mall, 1 Utama Shopping Centre, discovered during a stay at One Utama Hotel.
It's a delightful space, cultivated by botanists, featuring a variety of tropical plants and lovely flowers.
The garden's serene atmosphere is enhanced by winding pathways, lush bushes and small ponds providing .
Visitors, especially garden lovers can enjoy strolling through this garden and relaxing at the benches under the shades.
To get there : follow the signs inside the mall and look for the specific elevator that takes you directly to the rooftop ie Secret Garden.
Free admission.
Open only on weekends and public holidays from 10am to 6pm.

Today I came to Asa Cafe in Taman Paramount and wanted to try the combination of Matcha Azuki Mochi and mochi that has been promoted by various bloggers. How could I miss it!!😍😍
The decoration style of the store adopts Japanese wood style. The large skylight adds natural light to the store. A few green plants will also make people feel very relaxed.
In addition to pastry, they also sell staple food here, but since my friends and I were already full, we ordered a Matcha Azuki Mochi and French fries.🤤🤤
Personally, I think if the former had been reheated, it would be delicious. But when I ate it, it was cold and soft, not crispy at all. The mochi inside was also a bit hard, which was a bit disappointing.

HEJAU The Gasket Alley
It is one of the best local brand polo bun I have had to date. They got the bun right. Just wished that they had an original version, too, and one without butter. No serviettes were given to eat the bun unless requested for. No indoor dining is available, but there are seats outside. The Matcha Tebu was super sweet, it's sugar cane, so don't expect it to be non sweet. Will probably try the Kelapa next time..

Belly and the Chef Cafe (PJ)
Ambience overall still okay if the crowds are lesser.
Their service is definitely good and detailed. They have self service ordering but if you are not sure about the menu you can always get the service crew to explain it to you. The environment is chilling and comfortable as well. Highly recommended the breakfast menu.
Parking here is very limited. Suggest to come here by gr*b car.

Three Little Shiba Studio And Cafe
Went on weekday as weekends will be definitely be crowded. The staff and the dogs 🐶 were very friendly. It was a little awkward & shy at first but after a little get to know the doggies were very very warm and super friendly. So cute and cuddly, somehow it felt like a really comfy healing experience/session. Really loved massaging their warm fuzzy fur. Definitely they have some kind of doggy smell but it was very very mild. They also have pets grooming service but by appointment basis.
It was a very lovely experience, would loved to come back again just that it’s really troublesome to find a parking. Damn difficult- good luck finding one. Overall highly recommended.

Kooky Cream @ The Hub SS2
This cake shop is located in The Hub SS2 where many other cafes and restaurants can be found too. There aren't that many tables available which is possibly due to RMCO restrictions. When it comes to their cake selection though you're spoilt for choice with more than a dozen unique options available. My friends and I tried a few and they were all quite good. The Double Fromage Cheesecake was my personal favourite. Cakes are about RM15/slice on average and I feel it's a fair price especially since the cakes are all made fresh in-house (you can see the kitchen behind the counter). Parking at The Hub SS2 is plentiful and the parking fee is fair. I wouldn't mind coming here again in the future for tea time.

A Little Bud Florist Cafe
Love the ambiance here. It’s very comfortable and the musics is good. So many lovely rabbit and flowers decoration. You can buy all these cute decorations too.
Food presentation is good. The chicken is very flavourful. The sauce taste like nando sauce but it’s spicier. Hot soba is surprisingly good, it’s simple yet tasty. Nasi lemak croissant is quite interesting, the anchovies is crispy and salty and it match perfectly with croissant and sambal.
Also, the staffs are very friendly!

Halla Holla Bakery (Wild Yeast)
How good is this place? I don't think there are too many more bakery cafes that sell pastry as good as Wild Yeast in all seriousness. If I live two blocks down, I'd be giving away my life savings in bread every day here. I don't even like sourdough, but that goat cheese and fig sourdough was one of the best things I tried all week.
The coffee was very good - it was strong but had a lot going on, not your run of the mill coffee that you get from places that claim they have good coffee. The only minor flaw of the place was the lighting inside was a bit weird. They use different types of lights from warm LED to neon lights with different wattage while natural light is also blaring from the outside. But this is a very minor thing compared to the quality of the victuals.

Beacon Resort is located at Kerling, Selangar and they offers you a scenic natural escape by the riverside with natural hot springs, tropical greenery and scenic lakes. Great family get away with all inclusive packages, this means Breakfast, Lunch, Tea time and Dinner each day. High recommend for team building or family day also. You guys should try out the nice Hot springs and swim by the River side, it was awesome and definitely must visit. Sugar honey bites cafe is a newly opened cafe! They started out with baking goods and it was highly raved products! We bought 10 of them back home & now, we are left with 6 😛. For this cafe, they do offer than their bake goods. They also have samplers for their goodies!
It’s quite a distance but if you ever were to be in the area, drop by their cafe! Pretty at night too! Ample of parking space.

Taiwanese food in town. Brought families here to try and they loved it. Food came with generous portion. Set lunch was a mixture of protein, carbs and veges. I usually go for their sesame chicken meesua. Enriched flavours and the soup is very thick! Their fried snacks were on point too. Wouldn’t say it’s authentic Taiwanese food but the taste and quality of the food itself were good during our visit. Staffs were friendly and attentive.

Suria Rimba Chalet
Well maintained place, minimalist and glamping. Close to the river, or you can just dip into the chalet's own pond ( suitable for children ).
The chalet is built beautifully with wood as main materials. They also provide barbeque kitchen for you to cook. Close to Terra Pong Restaurant. About 8 minutes drive. One of the best option to choose from for dinner. Open air musolla. No praying mat provided in the chalet, but you can take it from the musolla.

Very clean accommodation, helpful and nice staffs, beautiful calming place and just about 70km from bustling Kuala Lumpur City. You can choose to pay an entry fee to book a room or villa for an overnight stay. The place is super cold at night. The surrounding is green, calming and pleasant. Price for the entrance, gazebo booking and chalet is very reasonable. The toilet/changing area is very clean and well-kept. Easy parking too.

The environment very nature and peaceful . It is worth climbing the stairs . The whole place is very magnificent. Worth the visit. You can get to this place conveniently by train .
