Today I came to Asa Cafe in Taman Paramount and wanted to try the combination of Matcha Azuki Mochi and mochi that has been promoted by various bloggers. How could I miss it!!😍😍 The decoration style of the store adopts Japanese wood style. The large skylight adds natural light to the store. A few green plants will also make people feel very relaxed. In addition to pastry, they also sell staple food here, but since my friends and I were already full, we ordered a Matcha Azuki Mochi and French fries.🤤🤤 Personally, I think if the former had been reheated, it would be delicious. But when I ate it, it was cold and soft, not crispy at all. It is one of the best local brand polo bun I have had to date. They got the bun right. Just wished that they had an original version, too, and one without butter. No serviettes were given to eat the bun unless requested for. No indoor dining is available, but there are seats outside. The Matcha Tebu was super sweet, it's sugar cane, so don't expect it to be non sweet. Will probably try the Kelapa next time.. #malaysia

Ambience overall still okay if the crowds are lesser. Their service is definitely good and detailed. They have self service ordering but if you are not sure about the menu you can always get the service crew to explain it to you. The environment is chilling and comfortable as well. This cake shop is located in The Hub SS2 where many other cafes and restaurants can be found too. There aren't that many tables available which is possibly due to RMCO restrictions. When it comes to their cake selection though you're spoilt for choice with more than a dozen unique options available. My friends and I tried a few and they were all quite good. The Double Fromage Cheesecake was my personal favourite. Cakes are about RM15/slice on average and I feel it's a fair price especially since the cakes are all made fresh in-house (you can see the kitchen behind the counter). Parking at The Hub SS2 is plentiful and the parking fee is fair. I wouldn't mind coming here again in the future for tea time. #malaysia

How good is this place? I don't think there are too many more bakery cafes that sell pastry as good as Wild Yeast in all seriousness. If I live two blocks down, I'd be giving away my life savings in bread every day here. I don't even like sourdough, but that goat cheese and fig sourdough was one of the best things I tried all week. The coffee was very good - it was strong but had a lot going on, not your run of the mill coffee that you get from places that claim they have good coffee. The only minor flaw of the place was the lighting inside was a bit weird. They use different types of lights from warm LED to neon lights with different wattage while natural light is also blaring from the outside. But this is a very minor thing compared to the quality of the victuals. #malaysia
