2024 Sao Paulo Travel Guide: Must-see attractions, popular food, hotels, transportation routes (updated in November)
São Paulo and Rio couldn’t be any more different. Rio is hot, sexy and chaotic, knew for its sultry beaches and passionate samba. In São Paulo, residents of the seventh largest city in the world are more often than not found working, partly to maintain its distinction as the world's tenth richest city. That money gets a lot of impressive buildings, and visitors will appreciate the 70 shopping malls and dozens of business hotels that fill the Brazilian modernist architectural gems. As the cultural capital of Brazil, São Paulo boasts South America's most impressive collection of nightclubs, museums and theatres. The city is also South America's most gay-friendly; its Gay Pride Parade in October is the largest in the world, been recognized for draw up to 3 million folks. Dining tops most Paulistanos lists of things to do, as São Paulo has the best restaurant selection in the country, ranging from sushi to Brazilian chiropractor (steakhouses). São Paulo has the largest population of Italian descendants outside of Italy (six million), so try the famed pizza partisan.

One month old Hotel in Sao Paolo
Qoya Hotel by Curio Collection in Sao Paolo just open its door one month ago and is located in the heart of the city. The facilities included are pretty basic with pool and fitness on the 12 th floor. The gym is decent and pool is at rooftop but a bit plain without any plants or trees. The rooms are in decent size and bathroom is a bit small.
Location is very good, nearby restaurants and cafes. The hotel is near office buildings. Room rate per night approximately HKD 1200 per night without breakfast.

Batman’s Alley mural graffiti attractions
One of the tourist attractions while in Sao Paolo is Batman’s Alley. The name is derived as a nickname for the alley with many cool arts and mural paintings.
It will take around 20 minutes to browse through the alleys with a lot of cool mural paintings, street arts and plenty of cafes and bars to quench your thirst. Things begin to be happening past noon. To avoid tourists, be there before 11am for great photo takings. A stone throw away is the staircase with some cool arts graffiti as well.

A luxurious experience in Sao Paolo
Staying at the Rosewood Sao Paolo is a luxurious experience. The entrance of the hotel is one of its kind where the patio is surrounded with big trees. The reception lounge is amazingly designed with books shelves and very spacious and welcoming.
Highlights of the hotel includes the amazing layout of the outdoor pool and bar, the rooftop infinity pool located on the 7th floor above the bar. The gym is open 24/7 with a complementary personal trainer.
The room is spacious and well designed with luxurious beddings. The bathroom is spacious but without a bath tub though. The breakfast place is open 24 hours and has a stress free view of the mini garden.
The hotel is articulately designed by the amazing Phillip Stark. Worth a visit when you are in Sao Paolo.

One of the biggest cities in South America, São Paulo is a melting pot of culture with lots of different things going on! One of the biggest attractions is the Main Street in São Paulo (especially on a Sunday when it’s very lively). The city has a great art scene as well as multiple bars and restaurants offering different types of food at all budgets. Liberdade — Japanese community in Brazil
Liberdade for me is unlike anywhere else in the world. It's a must see for São Paulo, Brazil. If you can only go to 1 place in São Paulo , then this is it. here you can find cool restaurants and shopping possibilities. Japanese shops with all your otaku needs. Chinese shops with Chinese imports. easily to find Buddha statues, good luck charms, etc. food here is very good and very Asian. this is district with the worlds largest ethnic Japanese community outside Japan.

Amazing place for a cocktail in SP
This is “The Seen Rooftop Bar” in Tivoli’s hotel in São Paulo city, Brazil. The view is incredible. 😱 It is located in the twenty-third floor and it even has a helipad. You can see the entire city of São Paulo which has more than 22 million habitants. The cocktails are also incredible, carefully prepared and very tasty. The price is a little bit high but it worth the experience. There is no dress code so feel free to go as you wish. They also serve food, we order some sushi and it was a very good sushi. 👏🏻 My advice for you is to book in advance once it can be very hard to find an available table. Book your trip now. You will love it!

A secret bar inside an old SAFE
This is an INCREDIBLE bar in São Paulo city, Brazil. The bar is located inside what it used to be the most important safe in Latin America. The steel door weighs 18 tons and when you get inside your can see the many small safe drawers which in the past needed 2 keys to open. You just feel like you are in a really special place. I highly recommend it! 👏🏻

Roller Jam in São Paulo, Brazil
This is a Rollerblanding place in São Paulo, Brazil. Guys this is so fun. It’s a must go with your friends! 🥳 You paid less than 10 euros for 4 hours - that includes all security equipments. It is a huge place and they even sell drinks and food. There were not many people when we were there but the advice is to go on the week days. 👏🏻 The decoration is completely from the 80s. it’s totally beautiful and a must see in São Paulo city.

If you are in São Paulo, just search for “Restaurante Maracujá” and you will be very much surprised! They have typical Brazilian food cooked in a very different and special way. About Brazil, how can you not talk about football? To understand the history and unique charm of football, you must not miss the football museum in So Paulo. The Sao Paulo Football Museum was once home to the famous Corinthians Club in Brazil and is also considered one of the most beautiful courses in Brazil. Today, it has been listed as a cultural heritage of So Paulo.
In addition to a large number of precious historical photos and videos, the museum also uses the most advanced light and shadow technology, so that you feel like you are in the bloody game, very shocking!
More than one Brazilian will stop to watch the seven balls that Brazil lost to the German team before the 2014 video. Now the five-star Brazil has come out of the haze and hope that the next World Cup will show us To a brand new Brazilian

In addition to the Independence Monument, the core of the Independence Square is the St. Paul Museum. The yellow building in the picture is the St. Paul Museum, but I didn't go in, just strolling around the square for a while.
The museum is also the court style of the literary and artistic rejuvenation period. It was designed by the Italian engineer Tommaso Beth. It was started in 1885 and completed in 1890. In the buildings visited today, the calculation is faster. It is. Since 1963, he has been transferred to the University of So Paulo, and today he displays photos and objects that reflect the history of So Paulo.
The front square of the So Paulo Museum has a large flow of people. There are many people who come here to play, mostly young people, all kinds of novel skateboards, extreme bicycles, etc., highlighting the vitality of Brazilian teenagers.
The So Paulo Independence Park is a place that has been remembered for centuries and is the most important historical event in Brazil. It was built to commemorate the independence of Brazil. The park is large in size and consists of a museum, a garden and an independent monument.
The first thing you see on the square in the park is the Independence Monument.
At the top of the monument is a group of figures, which shows Pedro I marching to Rio de Janeiro. They look solemn and solemn. The pedestal of the marble is a large bronze embossed depiction of Pedro I's announcement that Brazil is independent from Portuguese rule. It can be tasted and can feel the joy and pride of people.
The So Paulo Independence Park has a lot of young people playing in the square, cycling, skateboarding, football, etc. There are also many street performers performing here.
So Paulo Museum, Brazil
This is taken in the square in front of the So Paulo Museum. The traffic is very large. There are many people who come here to play, mostly young people, all kinds of novel skateboards, extreme bicycles, etc. The vitality of Brazilian youth.
Brazil combines the mixed blood of Asia, Africa and Europe on four continents. It is not only reflected in the complex skin color race, but also their athletic ability is quite good. Of course, there is no shortage of skills. The most representative of nature is football, the style of Latin American football, the most characteristic is their foot skills. By the way, Neymar is a Sao Paulo.
As a fake fan, I feel quite a bit about the Brazilian football environment. For many poor Brazilian children, football is their future way. They only have enough effort to show their talents in football and have a good life. After all, poverty is a very common situation for Brazil, where the gap between rich and poor is huge.
Sao Paulo is the cultural center of Brazil and a city that never sleeps. It combines the architectural styles of many cultures, resulting in a unique scenery between skyscrapers that makes people linger on. It's also a paradise to explore world-class museums, experimental theatres and cinemas. Remember to add it to your must-visit list!
The St. Paul's Cathedral in Brazil, which has a history of more than 100 years, is not to be missed by every visitor to São Paulo. It combines Gothic and literary renaissance styles with grandeur. Visitors can visit for free, but please be careful, especially when there are religious ceremonies. There is a sign prohibiting photography at the door, but the security guard told me that I can shoot. it also reminded me to pay attention to property safety when I was at the entrance to the square. Therefore, everyone should have a low-key and quiet shooting. There are a lot of tramps in the square at the entrance, there are small vendors selling them, and there are some performance art performances from time to time.
Those who are born on the streets, the parasitic monsters in the city are the instigations of you and me in every ordinary day. Either you are still alive or die, maybe life is not meaningful, but you can experience many interesting things while you are alive. Everyone thinks that they will be the exception, then everyone will be ordinary together, if the world can not accommodate special, then do a demon. Photographed on the streets of Brazil
It is graffiti! The first part of my hydrogen balloon is about Melbourne graffiti. I didnt expect to return to Sao Paulo to take a taxi. The pressure on the city was full of graffiti. The next day I also looked for recommended spots to the most concentrated bats. Xia Hutong."
This is a hundred-meter-long alley hidden deep in the ground. Every inch of the alley from the ground to the wall is painted with colorful. When it says graffiti, I think the size is art.
Concert in Brazil. Funk jajajaja

❗️You cannot move alone at night. Try to move in a car together during the day. Pay attention to the surrounding situation and do not carry large amounts of cash or other valuables.
❗️Keep your passport at your residence, just bring a copy. You can use your camera and mobile phone, but don’t be too ostentatious.
❗️Calm down when encountering problems, especially if you encounter armed robbery, don’t panic, just give the money and you’ll be fine. Stay away from marchers.
