We booked 1 night at Timberland Heights Resort, and our experience was awesome. We did not expect that there is an existing landscape like theirs, and it's very near Metro Manila. I ended my trip to Manila with a sumptuous breakfast at the Ridge Cafe in Timberland. The croissants were comparable , if not better, to the ones you’ll get from an authentic Boulangerie. I met the Sous chef , Moira and commended her for the delicious bread she baked for us! Another favorite is the Eggs Benedict! Their buffet spread was generous yet excellent quality. The staff was awesome!. I appreciate the service led by Rey. I will surely add this cafe to itinerary whenever I go back home. Highly recommended!!!
