The wooden image of the Blessed Virgin was last seen on the top of a tree called Tipolo. The cathedral offers a great experience during its hourly masses. The availability of regular masses throughout the day provides convenience for individuals who may have varying schedules. Attending mass in such a setting can enhance one's spiritual journey and provide a serene atmosphere for prayer and reflection.

Hidden Gem in Rizal

#summerdestinations Tinipak River is truly a magnificent hidden gem. Up and coming tourist destination in the province of Rizal, this river is located in Tanay—a town east of Manila. We drove to the jump off point, got on a raft to take a tricycle to the community center for registration and a little bit of orientation before another short ride where we began our hike to the best spots of the river. By the time we came back to the meeting spot, we have been so scorched that a dip in the warm water was so rewarding. The whole experience took about four hours.

A pretty easy trek! We were able to see the sea of clouds too! Definitely worth the visit and getaway from the hustle and bustle of Manila!
