Palermo and its alleyways are a unique experience that I had the privilege of living. This charming city in Sicily captures the heart with its historic beauty and vibrant character.
The narrow and winding alleys of Palermo are like a labyrinth of stories and cultures. You can get lost for hours, discovering lively markets, ancient churches, and authentic restaurants serving local delicacies. The atmosphere is filled with energy and authenticity.
Palermo is a city that embraces the past and present in a fascinating way. From the majestic Norman palaces to the vibrant street murals, this city is an irresistible mix of history and creativity.
Furthermore, the hospitality of the Palermitans is warm and welcoming. I had the opportunity to taste some of the most delicious Sicilian dishes and learn more about the local culture.
In short, Palermo and its alleyways are a hidden treasure that I highly recommend exploring. It's an unforgettable journey through the history, culture, and cuisine of Sicily.#palermo #TravelInspiration #trip #italy
Palermo and the Palatine Chapel, Sicily
#europetrip
Palermo is a city rich in history, culture, and flavor. The Palatine Chapel, located in the Norman Palace, is a stunning example of Arab-Norman architecture. Its intricate mosaics, wooden ceiling, and blend of Byzantine, Islamic, and Romanesque styles are mesmerizing. Palermo’s vibrant street markets and delicious street food, like arancini and panelle, make it a must-visit for history and food lovers
Amazing scenic view!
Amazing trip to Mount Pellegrino with all the stunning view! beautiful weather in this winter!#MountPellegrino #stunningview
The popular spot for vacation!!
Cefalu is located at north-east of Sicily. It’s a beautiful seaside town to visit. Lovely food and lots of museums to visit. Arancina is one of the food I like so much! If you like outdoor activities, there are lots of places to go. For example, there’s a hiking trail just 10 minutes away from town centre. There’s a castle on the top go the hill, it’s a historical place you can visit and the view is really nice!
