This is probably the most surprising place during my trip to Korea! I went to Zoolung Zoolung in Seoul and it was even cuter than I imagined! This is an indoor zoo, so you don’t have to worry about the weather, and you can interact with the animals up close, which is really therapeutic. The meerkat was super lively and looked around all the time, while the little fox was lying quietly, looking so cute with its furry appearance! The penguins are swaying in the pool, looking so cute. Otters are super naughty, sliding around all the time and even coming close to the glass to stare at people! In the bird interaction area, the birds will fly to your hands and stay there, it really feels like entering a fairy tale world! The environment here is comfortable and the animals are very friendly. Zoolung Zoolung is located on the 5th floor of World Square next to Yeongdeungpo Station. The animals are segregated into different areas with closed doors to prevent the animals from roaming to another area. There are animal feeds of which you can buy to feed the birds, and more. There's one area with lots of small cute birds flying all around you. You can even get the birds to land on your hands! 🤩 As we went on a weekday late afternoon, we practically had most of the areas to ourselves. Imagine no crowd, just the 2 of us with the animals! 🥰 It's like we had booked the zoo all for ourselves 😂 Truly an unforgettable & fun experience of which I doubt there will have such cases when more tourists visit Korea.
