Although the drinks, sashimi, and other dishes are tempting, we focused solely on the barbecue!
The meal starts with six small appetizer dishes, including crispy potato chips with mashed potatoes, peanuts with anchovies, kimchi, pickled vegetables, and more—offering a tangy, spicy, and refreshing taste.
The Dai-style mint poached beef is a unique flavor from Yunnan cuisine, made with various herbs such as coriander, lemongrass, basil, and tree tomatoes, combined with mint. The beef is quickly poached in this sauce, delivering a slightly tangy and spicy taste that is incredibly appetizing.
The seasoned beef short ribs are lightly flavored and grilled until the exterior is slightly charred, offering a rich and aromatic meat flavor.
The aged butter chicken thigh is pre-seasoned and air-dried, resulting in crispy skin and tender meat. It's far from ordinary grilled chicken thighs, with a more intense flavor—highly recommended.
The Thai basil spicy sauce black tiger prawns are grilled until almost cooked, then topped with Thai basil spicy sauce and lightly roasted again. The result is a fragrant and spicy delight.
