#familytrips2024 #vianasjourney #awesomepic While transiting for few hours in Abu Dhabi, I was managed to find some time to browse around and totally amazed by the luxury of their architecture as well as their airport properties. Apart that the airport itself showed ‘rich’ charisma, the airport properties was really another level of comfort to passengers. Those sofa in waiting lounge are with full cushion, there’s also another type of chair where you could also laying down, and charging port were plenty around the lounge. Another thing that caught my attention was, how easy and conveniant it was that smoking space is just located in the airport itself with transparent cubicle. Definitely love transitting or even visiting here again.

Since it's Arabic food, I was most worried about the spices, but it was better than I thought! They serve snacks well and they even serve bread in between. The flight attendants were kind and nice too.

The meat and omelettes were just okay, but the main meal, fish, was more delicious than I thought, so I think it was the best meal I had. It tasted a little bit of spices, so it was a little disappointingㅜ

From 3pm, boarded the bus to the city From 8pm, boarded the bus to return to the airport Flight at 10pm✈️ It was a short stay of 5 hours from 3pm to 8pm! First, transportation to get into the city There are no trains in Abu Dhabi, so all main transportation was by bus There was a place in the airport where you could buy a bus IC card, so I told them I wanted to go around the city for a day and had them top it up They charged me about 30AED I was able to ride it between the airport and the city, and twice in the city🚌🌙 📍Abu Dhabi Beach I took the A2 bus to the beach I thought I could see the sunset! It was so beautiful that I watched it until it sank, it was amazing 📍Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque This is also a very famous place, I really wanted to go there, so I took an hour by bus to try it out, but the grounds were much larger than I imagined😇 I ended up not having time to go inside and look around, so I gave up, It's a place I definitely want to go back to! One thing to note is that women need to wear a scarf! There were many other places I wanted to go, such as the Louvre Abu Dhabi and the desert area, but Abu Dhabi is surprisingly large! Captured this moment before boarding my Etihad Airways flight from Abu Dhabi to Istanbul. The aircraft was being prepped for takeoff, and the service was excellent, as always. The only thing needs improvement is the meal.

Pearl Lounge at Abu Dhabi Airport, United Arab Emirates It is a clean lounge. The food is quite plentiful and varied. There are rice, pasta, roti, bread, and not much fruit. When I went, there were only oranges and apples. The room is very spacious. There are many zones. When I went, there were a lot of people. But there was a lot of food, so I didn't have to wait. The management is good. The maid came to clean all the time. There were a variety of people. No one paid attention to anyone. I chilled in the lounge for 3 hours.
