Arrive at
Arrive at Yufuin before sunset and stay at the Spa Hotel. This landscape museum is very close to Yufuin Station. Today, my favorite project is to eat a Japanese banquet dish and wash away the appetite of travelers. Banquet dishes are served in separate private rooms. There is a special service staff in each private room, which is basically a young aunt. English communication is almost impossible, but the aunts are serious about speaking Japanese to you, and listening to them feels that they understand. The
meetings include beef, fresh sashimi, pine mushroom soup, delicate side dishes and delicious pickles. While eating happily, the sky outside the window gradually turned from light blue to thick, and the courtyard was ushered in a quiet night. A full table of appetizers is only part of the long menu. I ate for nearly an hour for a dinner and experienced a combination of beef, soy milk, sashimi, eight-inch, grilled fish, Japanese rice and miso soup, and finally finished with the perfect Oita watermelon. Full of satiated food, it is the hot springs! The hotel is just beside the Yufuyuan Station and a 20-minute walk from Jinlin Lake.
