Macau Roosevelt Hotel
I went to Macau for business last week and stayed at the Macau Roosevelt Hotel for two days. It was a great experience.
🎈Crossing the Border and Arrival
The Macau Roosevelt Hotel is located at 924-998 Avenida dos Jogos da Ásia Oriental, Taipa, Macau, and offers a variety of room types, including Hengqin sea view and racecourse view rooms.
We departed from Hengqin Port, crossed the border, and took the light rail (MOP 8) to the Jockey Club Station. The Macau light rail has only two carriages, is driverless, and has attendants. You can enjoy the scenery outside the window along the way. After arriving at the Jockey Club Station, we followed the navigation and walked for about 10 minutes to the hotel. It is also convenient to take a taxi from the hotel to the Venetian, Macau International Airport, and other places.
🏨First Impressions of the Hotel
When we arrived at the hotel entrance, we were attracted by its grand yet elegant appearance. Upon entering the lobby, we were greeted by a high ceiling, luxurious crystal chandeliers, hanging chairs that girls love, and exquisite decorations. Every detail exudes nobility and luxury. The staff warmly welcomed us, and the check-in process was quick.
🛏Room Exploration
We booked a racecourse view twin room! As soon as we opened the door, the spacious and bright space lifted our spirits. The bed was soft and comfortable, and the room's modern and stylish decor was complemented by a full range of facilities. The minibar offered a free can of Coke and orange juice each, and the white coffee and jasmine tea at the bar were both good. The room also featured a smart toilet, a large TV, a thoughtful night light design, and a window seat where you could lie down and enjoy the view of the racecourse outside.
The bathroom was also spacious, with a well-designed wet and dry separation. The bath products were of high quality, and the bath salts smelled great, but only one bottle was free each day.
🍽Dining Experience
The hotel has a restaurant. However, this time we chose to take the hotel shuttle to Rua do Cunha and Avenida de Almeida Ribeiro to taste Macau's delicacies.
🎈Leisure Time
The hotel has a gym, an outdoor swimming pool, and other entertainment facilities. The gym is spacious, well-equipped, and offers sea views.
📝Tips:
1. It is recommended to check in after 2 pm to avoid queues.
2. A deposit of CNY 1,000 is required, which can be paid by card or cash.
3. There are no other restaurants near the hotel, but there is a convenience store and vending machine on the first floor, with reasonable prices.
During my two-day stay at the Macau Roosevelt Hotel, I was very satisfied with the hotel's environment, service, and room facilities. Although the location is relatively remote, transportation is convenient, the room facilities are modern, and the cost performance is high.
