Reach international airport walk around 10min to train station, then u can buy the train ticket for Rp20,000 for each pax one way, travel around 30-40min will be reach yogyakarta **important notice > once u buy the train ticket must direct buy return way ticket too, because the train ticket will always full. end up u need to take grab or taxi to go airport.that will spend much money and waste alot time. Yogyakarta road is small, so Convenience is driving motor better than car..because always traffic jam. That enough u plan to stay yogyakarta 3-4day, because here is small town, u can easily walk around the street ( jalan Malioboro ) and shopping.

Tugu train Station is the biggest and most important station in Yogyakarta, located in the heart of the city. This station is adjacent to Jalan Malioboro. The city's other most important station is Lempuyangan railway station. 2days ago i have visited this trainstation, i have trip from jakarta to yogyakarta with taksaka train. Its take about 8 hours from jakarta. The station in tugu is clean and they have good facilities such as lounge. I recommend you to visit the lounge while you waiting the train trip.
