The museum is clean everywhere, and although there are not many people, the elevators and air conditioning are all online, and the automatic explanation equipment is easy to borrow and return, and the effect is also very good. After its completion, the new museum has become a cultural landmark of Yichang. In addition to its majestic appearance, the new museum also reflects fashionable elements and the cultural characteristics of Yichang, with internal facilities that keep pace with the most advanced museums in China. The main building of the Yichang Museum is designed with the concept of 'Window of History', integrating elements of Ba and Chu historical culture, forming a landmark building rich in content and cultural characteristics. The design of the main building is based on the cultural connotations of the Ba and Chu cultures, displaying the crystallization of Yichang's historical culture. The exterior walls use striped stones with varying shades to present the patterns of 'Ba Tiger and Chu Phoenix', showing the design effect of 'the Ba people venerating the tiger, the Chu people esteeming the phoenix, and the harmonious echo of the tiger and phoenix'. The dome of the hall borrows the 'sun' from the 'Sun Man' petroglyph as a design element, and the periphery of the dome ingeniously uses a hollowed-out seal carving design, reflecting the ancestors' worship of the sun in the Yichang area and the reverence for Qu Yuan's philosophy in Yichang as the ancient land of the Chu state.

During the holiday, I drove to Yichang for a tour. I have heard a lot about the Yichang Museum, so I made a special trip to visit it. The Yichang Museum has several basic displays, namely, Survival of the Fittest, Opening up the Universe, Ancient Xiling, Bachu Yiling, Ganzai Xiazhou, Modern Yichang, Net Love Three Gorges, and Ancient Memories. Starting from the first floor, I visited in turn. It took me nearly 6 hours to see the whole museum. The museum has quite a lot of collections. On the fourth floor of the museum, there is a restaurant where you can enjoy a set meal for lunch. Overall, the museum displays a large number of cultural relics, has strong watchability, the design inside the museum is grand, many links are suitable for children, with a high degree of participation, it is worth recommending. On the rooftop, there is the old city and old street view of Yichang, which can be described as a unique world. It's been several years since I last visited the museum... There are some new changes! Coming to the museum to escape the heat in this hot late spring and early summer is a good leisure choice! As a national first-class museum, Yichang Museum's new museum has been officially open to the public for nearly four years. The theme of the whole museum exhibition is 'The Gorge Ends and the Sky Opens', the entrance hall is this theme background, the sun totem dome shines on the whole hall, indicating that Yichang people have always revered the sun. The treasures of the museum are also unearthed from Changyang County more than seven thousand years ago, the sun man stone carvings (Figure 4,5) and the bronze bells (Figure 6,7,8) that Chu people are most proud of, and other precious cultural relics are on display! The exhibition halls related to Yichang's cultural history from ancient times to the present include Ancient Xiling, Bachu Yiling, Thousand-Year Gorge State, Modern Yichang, Three Gorges Style, and Ancient City Memory, etc., which are very worth savoring! The newly opened fourth-floor roof garden has built the 'Ancient City Memory' exhibition area (Figure 12-16) which is the key check-in area for me this time! It has replicated many old buildings and old brands of Yichang, really awakening the memory in the bones of Yichang people. The earliest Zhenjiang Pavilion has also replicated one (Figure 15,16), which is quite surprising!
