[2025 Singapore Restaurant] Travel Guide for Yardbird Southern Table and Bar (Updated Jan)

I met one of my friends for dinner at Marina Bay Sands and she recommended this restaurant called Yardbird! It spans two levels but it gets packed very quickly due to its popularity. Their specialty western cuisine includes the classic chicken and waffles, yummy stuff. Flavours are big and bold here so rest assured that everything will be tasty. My only complaint was that it was terribly difficult to get the staff’s attention for anything, and it didn’t help that the whole environment was rather dim. Best to make reservation as they are very popular and get pretty much full on weekends with families and friends catch up session over their brunch food and also bar drinks to chill over chit chat. They have both brunch as well as lunch/dinner items and taste wise is fairly executed. Though Priceline atad high since it's located in Mbs, recommended to visit once for its ambience and relaxing dining experience on celebratory occasion.

We decided to do the bottomless brunch that comes with free flow mimosa at only $30++ for two hours. We paired our mimosa with their roasted potatoes and the scones. The price point for their snacks to share is definitely worth it, the scones were baked to perfection and the size was huge! Their potatoes were flavorful and the balance between crispy and fluffy. Interesting combo of fried chicken with waffle and watermelon. Chicken is succulent and juicy , while waffle is standard fare with choice of bourbon maple or hot honey sauce to make it more tasty. The watermelon is infused with spices and may not suit everyone’s taste. Overall an awesome dinner with good view of the Marina Bay.

The Fried chicken and waffles from yard bird at Marina bay sands are marinated and fried to a golden brown, with the spicy diced watermelon cubes and waffles on the side. The spicy watermelon and waffles greatly complement the fried chicken. The fried chicken is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside! Every bite is so crispy that you would want to keep eating!
