Check in to a Secret Hotel Hidden in the Mountains with Meng Ziyi
“The bright moon shines between the pines, the clear spring flows over the stones.” The poetic scene described by Wang Wei has quietly come to life in a corner of the mountains and rivers of Lin'an, Hangzhou. Mingyuesongjian Qianchuan Hotel, the first hotel of the popular homestay brand "Mingyuesongjian" in Jiangnan, is located on the southern foot of Tianmu Mountain, facing the blue waves of Changhua Creek and backed by green mountains. It perfectly blends oriental Zen with contemporary design and is only a 1.5-hour drive from downtown Hangzhou.
Design
The hotel was designed by the top design team GOA Elephant, continuing the hidden luxury style of the Dali Erhai store, using dark volcanic stone, black ebony floors, dark metal, and warm lighting to create "light in the darkness." The architectural lines are neat and restrained, and the public area design is full of ingenuity: outdoor infinity pool "Huanxisha," riverside lawn "Tashaxing," indoor hot spring pool, VR game room, children's playground, and other facilities, taking into account the tranquility of adults and the joy of parent-child interaction.
Rooms
The hotel has only 14 rooms, divided into 6 room types named after Song Ci, each facing Changhua Creek or with a unique mountain view, ensuring absolute privacy and immersion. King Koil mattresses, high-thread-count Egyptian cotton bedding, Dyson hair dryers, French Diptyque toiletries, smart toilets, Marshall speakers, capsule coffee machines, underfloor heating, and dehumidification systems... mountain living is not without urban sophistication.
Dining
Zuilinquan Restaurant: Built independently by the river, the breakfast buffet offers Lin'an small wontons and handmade rice cakes; the main dishes are Qingshandian river fish and farm chicken, with ingredients following the seasons, creatively presenting the flavor of "deep mountain fishing village." The stay includes afternoon tea (handmade pastries with Jiuqu Hongmei tea), dinner (seasonal health set menu), and goodnight sweet soup.
Activities
The hotel focuses on "destination experience" and offers a rich healing schedule: morning Baduanjin, singing bowl meditation, tea ceremony, and handicrafts. Outdoor exploration: kayaking, paddleboarding on Changhua Creek, hiking on the ancient post road of Tianmu Mountain, enjoying red leaves in autumn, picking new tea in spring, and enjoying the scenery in all seasons.
