Ningbo Fenghua Wushan Temple

Wushan Temple is a shrine in Xikou Town, facing southeast with a northwest orientation. The central axis consists of the temple gate, stage, east and west wing rooms, and the main hall. There are three rooms in each of the east and west wings. The stage is square with a hip-and-gable roof and an interior caisson ceiling. The front eaves of the main hall feature bluestone coiled dragon and cloud pattern columns, with an interior structure that combines interlocking brackets and lifting beams. The temple is now a tourist attraction. The area where the main hall once stood now sells specialty small commodities, and the backyard has become a leisure area with coffee, desserts, tea houses, etc. The courtyard is adorned with blooming plum blossoms, creating a particularly beautiful Chinese-style courtyard.
