Exotic Charm and Historical Heritage Gulangyu was once a concession area for multiple countries, and it still retains a large number of European-style buildings. Walking on the island feels like traveling to another time and space. The Bagua Building, Hi Heaven, and Huang Rongyuan Hall all showcase the prosperity and international characteristics of Gulangyu in the past. The most impressive for me was Sunlight Rock. Standing at a high point, you can take in the beautiful scenery of the entire island and Xiamen's main island. Especially at sunset, the scene of the sea and sky blending into one is unforgettable. Artistic and Musical Atmosphere Gulangyu is known as the 'Piano Island.' The island's Piano Museum houses antique pianos from around the world, showcasing its rich musical culture.
