If you want to try premium sushi in Bangkok, choose carefully. Even with the same brand, food from different branches can really taste different. Honmono Sushi is no exception. I've tried three branches including Siam Paragon, Central World and Central Embassy. I still think that the restaurant at Siam Paragon served me the best tasting sushi. Today, I tried the Central Embassy branch. The food was OK. I really like the Kani Miso here. It's really tasty. The Salmon and Engawa Don was OK, but I don't really like the sweet sauce on it. #ที่เที่ยวสงกรานต์2567 ครั้งแรกสำหรับร้าน The Water Library โดยจะแบ่งเป็น 2 คอร์สใหญ่คือ Le Premier set และ Classic set โดยวันนี้เราจะมารีวิวเซ็ทใหญ่สุดกัน The Water Library : Le Premier set -Uni Parfait พาร์เฟต์อูนิ ใช้ bafun uni เย็น นุ่มนวล ตัวชีสบูราตาทำให้ครีมมี่ๆ กลมไปทั้งคำ รสจะไม่จัด แอบอยากให้สดชื่นกว่านี้หน่อย -Lil Lobster จานนี้แลงกุสทีนทำความสุกมาได้ดีมากๆที่เด่นไปกว่านั้นคือซอสมิโซะเสาวรส ไม่เคยกินซอสนี้จากที่ไหน เป็นส่วนผสมที่เข้ากันอย่างลงตัว -Goose Berry ต้องบอกว่าเป็นจานฟัวร์กราส์ที่รสชาติดีอันดับต้นๆที่เคยกินมา เอามาจับคู่กับซอสเบอร์รี่ตัดด้วยรสเปรี้ยวของผลไม้ได้ดีมาก ส่วนเจลลี่ซีบัคธอร์นกับมะพร้าวรสไม่ชัด -Love Me Tender เป็น tenderloin ที่นุ่มที่สุดที่เคยทาน ยกในเป็น the best ของมื้อนี้ mashed potato เนียนนุ่ม แต่ dot ยอดคะน้าฮ่องกงและเห็ดบดส่วนตัวทานแล้วไม่เข้ากัน -The Latitude ช็อกโกแลตลาวา และ sorbet รส red shiso เป็นครั้งแรกที่ลองทาน red shiso ice cream เลย เปรี้ยว สดชื่น ถูกใจจนอยากได้หลายๆสคูป -Petit Four ชอบตัวที่มี liquor ข้างในที่สุด ส่วน mango jelly ก็ไม่เคยเจอที่ไหนอีกเหมือนกัน มีความเฉพาะตัว ได้รับรสเหนียวหนุ้บ หวาน หอมมะม่วง โดยรวมแล้วมีหลายจานที่ประทับใจมากๆ มีขนมปังทานคู่กับ salted and unsalted butter ล้ำไปกว่านั้นคือมีเกลือด้วย เข้ามากๆ ตัว rosemary bun หอมและติดอยู่ในความทรงจำจนถึงตอนนี้ สุดท้ายขอบคุณทางร้านที่ให้ complimentary เป็นขนมปิดท้ายมาด้วย 🥰 ราคา 4900+++ เป็นร้านที่ปักไว้แล้วว่าอยากไปซ้ำอีกกก #thewaterlibrary
